Whats Funny Comedy Festival

Comedian & Hollywood actor Lil Rel Howery has teamed up with longtime friend and collaborator Knowledge Beckom to bring Whats Funny Comedy Festival to Chicago.

In addition to live comedy performances, the festival will feature an assortment of vendors, merchandise, food, musical performances, panels with comedic legends, and the taping of Howery’s first self-produced stand-up special.

The festival will take place from September 16th-22nd at the DuSable Museum of African American History, along with a few other Chicago locations. Beckom & Howery's vision for the yearly festival is to celebrate humor and fellowship while highlighting the skills of gifted comedians, both up-and-coming and established, while also providing talented comedians the opportunity to network with industry insiders. Attendees will also have the opportunity to attend workshops highlighting the fundamentals, when it comes to the art and business of comedy.
