Often regarded as one of the “Best Rappers Alive” or simply the best rapper ever, Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr., a.k.a. Lil Wayne, Weezy or Tunechi, is a Grammy Award winning rap artist from Hollygrove, New Orleans, Louisiana. He is currently CEO of his label Young Money Entertainment. Wayne was one of the first artists signed to Birdman’s Cash Money Records at age 11 and was part of the groups, “The B.G.’z” and “The Hot Boys”. In 2012, Lil Wayne surpassed Elvis Presley with the most Hot 100 Billboard appearances as a solo act.
