Marmalade, the new bigger sister of the now famous “Milk Bar & Bistro” would be better recognized by its nome de plume “Muebles Navarro”. This beautiful space is split into four distinct areas and nods its head to its 50 years as a furniture store, with beautiful sofas, hand carved black matte billiard table, copper clad antique walls and of course the four meter tall chrome art deco bar back have given Marmalade a swinging 1950’s Havana/New York edge.

At Marmalade you find a warm, professional and cosmopolitan wait staff. Catalans and foreigners are waited upon attentively at the tables and even when the house is full there is always someone in attendance, since efficient service is the philosophy underlying this bar and restaurant.

The staff also has a great knowledge of Barcelona and its hidden treasures, so be sure to ask them what is on offer. It is truly a great meeting place in a city that is second to none.

Marmalade has a significant cocktail list with some selected cocktails from €5.00 all night long, and the staff creates fabulous original concoctions with great flavours. Marmalade has a large bar at which every kind of cocktail and delicious combination can be savoured.
